Danielle Lloyd plans to turn her placenta into pills after daughter’s birth

Danielle Lloyd has revealed to OK! she is "excited" to be transforming her placenta into tablets following the birth of her baby girl in the weeks to come.

The 37 year old – who is already a mum to her four boys Archie, 11, George, seven, Harry, 10, and Ronnie, four – opened up about using Placenta Plus, who specialise in placenta remedies for women who have just given birth.

Danielle, who now wants to be induced, told us: "I've decided to keep my placenta and have it made into tablets using Placenta Plus from Liverpool. They can make your placenta into tablets, oils for you and the baby, you can have face creams, and all sorts of stuff."

And it isn't the first time Danielle has decided to go down this route after giving birth as she shared further: "I've done it before with Ronnie and the tablets make you feel so good.

"They give you so much energy, vitamins, minerals, and all the good stuff. I'm excited."

The star isn't alone in this decision, as many celebrities have joined in on the trend after welcoming their children into the world – including Amy Childs.

The TOWIE star, 31, kept hold of the placenta from her first child's birth in the forms of hand and face creams as well as edible capsules using Placenta Plus.

While Rochelle Humes, 32, had her umbilical cord fashioned into the word "love" and put into a frame, as well as trying out the placenta capsules.

And even Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Kourtney Kardashian, 42, described her placenta pills as "life-changing".

It comes after Danielle revealed her husband Michael O'Neill still wants the 'Rose' to be included in their baby girl's name.

The mum of four recently admitted in her OK! column she was "gutted" Stacey Solomon chose the name Rose for her baby girl as it was one of the "favourites" on their list.

And it could still be in there somewhere, as Danielle told us: "Michael wants Rose involved in the name somewhere, but we don’t know.

"We’ve got a shortlist of names and we’ll decide once we see her.

"When I looked at Ronnie, I just knew he was a Ronnie."

Danielle previously shared how she was "gutted" when Stacey Solomon announced the name of their first daughter.

"Sadly, Stacey Solomon chose Rose, which was one of our favourites!" she said. "We're gutted, haha!"
