Demi Jones has shared hopes for more curvy women to enter the villa as the new series of Love Island nears.
The Love Island star, 22, candidly admitted to OK! there were times when she felt slightly self conscious in the villa.
Demi, who recently shared her heartbreaking cancer diagnosis, praised the ITV dating show for being "inclusive and diverse" and said she would "love" to see more curvy women enter the villa this summer.
Speaking exclusively to OK!, Missguided star Demi revealed: "I think Love Island always do an amazing job of trying to be inclusive and diverse.
"But, I would love to see more curvy girls on there, of course."
Demi, who was cruelly targeted by a troll who laughed at her cancer diagnosis, then added: "Even when I was in there I felt a little bit self conscious at times in comparison to some of the other girls in there because they are stunning.
"But, I was just myself and embraced the way I look because you’ve got to be happy within yourself but it will be interesting to see who’s on there this year."
The stunning reality star also had some words of advice for those heading into the villa for the next series.
"All I can say is you just have to be yourself because it’s so intense in there, just be yourself and they will love you and the public will love you for that," Demi reassured.
"They don’t have to put on any facade. I feel like people show their true colours very quickly if they’re doing that so, just be yourself and have fun."
Like many of us, Demi is excited for the upcoming series of Love Island. But, it will be the first she's watched with her experience of being an islander.
She gushed: "Do you know what, I’m actually so excited because before I went on the show Love Island was my favourite programme so I’m actually excited to sit down and watch it myself this year!
