Gary Barlow has got a new workout partner – his handsome 18-year-old son Daniel.
The Take That singer shared a father and son bonding moment of the duo working out in their back garden.
Daniel went topless to show off his six pack, while Gary kept his body covered in a black vest as they both lifted dumbbell weights.
Gary, who has shed five stone in recent years and vowed never to pile on the pounds again, was clearly feeling inspired by his son's 'commitment to fitness'.
He wrote of Dan, who is the spitting image of Gary when he was younger in Take That: "I love spending time with my kids. Here’s Dan and I having a Father & Son training session.
"I’m very proud of my boy & his commitment to his fitness. Don’t look at the difference in weights.
"Don’t notice that I’m stood a little further forward to make the size gap smaller. Lol."
Gary has been extremely dedicated to his own fitness regime and in March, last year, launched his own online initiative to help others shift the pounds.
Barlow's Bootcamps aimed to help others slim down and embrace a healthier lifestyle.
Gary handed out advice to his followers telling them to ditch ready-made meals and start cooking healthier options themselves, as well as taking up exercise and minimising sugar intake.
The singer weighed 16st 11lb at his heaviest, but slimmed down to less than 12 stone after dieting and working out.
He once opened up to Radio Times about how his weight issues were a form of depression.
He said: "I’d always played music since I was 10 and then I’d gone through this rollercoaster ride of fame and I just couldn’t believe that it was all over and I was only 24."
He's said in the past that he once went six months without leaving the house after gaining weight.
Gary said he realised at one point that the more weight he gained, the less people recognised him, describing the feeling as "fantastic".
