Jesy Nelson has shared her excitement about her upcoming mental health documentary – but admitted it's been an "emotional rollercoaster".
The Little Mix beauty, 27, has spent the last few months filming for the doc, which will examine how body image and mental health are affected by social media.
Alongside a picture of herself in front of a TV film crew, Jesy opened up about the experience and told fans they won't have to wait too long to see it.
Wearing her brunette locks in long, bouncy waves, the singer grinned for the camera while the crew set up around her.
She showed off her figure in a strappy white vest top and a tight pair of blue jeans.
Jesy captioned the post: "So as you all know I've been filming over the past few months for my BBC documentary.
"I've been telling my own personal story on mental health issues and online bullying.
"It's been such an emotional rollercoaster filming this but I've met so many incredible and inspirational people along the way.
"I'm so so excited to share it with you soon."
In the new documentary , which has the working title Jesy Nelson: My Story, she looks at how growing up in a social media-fuelled age of selfies, body shaming and trolling is having a profound impact on the mental health of young people.
Having lived in the spotlight for the past seven years, Jesy will bring her unique insight and passion to the documentary, as she shares her very personal experiences and talks to young people who have been affected.
