Katie Price put on a united front with her fiancé Carl Woods as they held hands while walking away from Crawley Magistrates' Court.
The 43 year old was told she was 'extremely lucky' after she was handed a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, on Wednesday 15 December.
Mum-of-five Katie looked downcast as she linked arms with Carl, 32, with her blue puffer jacket zipped to the top and a protective face mask, as the couple walked through Crawley.
A suspended prison sentence means Katie will not spend time in prison as long as she meets certain conditions set out by a judge.
If she breaks those conditions during the period the sentence is suspended for then she could be sent to prison.
Katie had pleaded guilty to drink driving, driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance following a crash near her home in Sussex in September.
Before the verdict was announced, Katie appeared outside court in a blue puffer coat with a light pink logo'd top and a pair of casual white trousers with a pair of trainers.
She stood alone in court as she was told how she was 'extremely lucky' she was not sent to prison by District Judge Amanda Kelly.
The judge told Katie: "When you chose to get behind the wheel that night you showed no concern for others.
"You could have killed somebody.
"Your actions meant the emergency services had to use up their precious time. You knowingly and deliberately flouted a court order and not for the first time.
"You seem to think you are above the law."
Katie was given a six-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months as well as 100 hours unpaid community work.
Her driving ban was also extended for a further two years.

Katie was also ordered to pay £213 – which was made up of £85 in court costs and a £128 victim surcharge.
District Judge Kelly added: "I cannot send you to jail today even though you may deserve to spend Christmas behind bars.
"You are extremely lucky the magistrates on a previous occasion decided to defer their decision."
