Former BBC Breakfast presenter Louise Minchin has sparked a frenzy in a plunging red dress, as she revealed that she’s looking forward to watching Dan Walker take to the Strictly dance floor for Movie Week with his professional dance pro Nadiya Bychkova. Louise stepped down from hosting the BBC morning show at the end of September, after almost two decades at the helm.

I am so looking forward to seeing Dan Walker and the wonderful Nadiya Bychkova dancing the foxtrot

Smiling into the camera, Louise gave just a glimpse of decolletage as she donned a plunging, crimson number.

Keeping her make-up natural, the star wore her blonde tresses in curls that landed just above her shoulders, as she accessorised with a simple silver necklace.

Posing for the snaps, Louise playfully pouted before sharing the pictures to her grid.

Excited at the prospect of Dan’s third performance, Louise revealed that she was preparing to chat to Strictly presenter Claudia Winkleman tomorrow.

In view of her 88,500 followers, Louise revealed that she wished her former colleague and his dance partner good luck earlier today.

She wrote: “Anyone else got that #fridayfeeling?

“I am so looking forward to seeing @mrdanwalker and the wonderful @nadiyabychkova dancing the foxtrot.

“I had a catch-up on the phone with them today and they LOVE it!!” she penned.

Louise added: “I will be talking about them and all things @bbcstrictly tomorrow with Claudia Winkleman on @bbcradio2

“Have a great weekend and let me know what you think of #strictly,” she ended the post.

Week one saw Dan dedicate his first dance on the popular show to his former BBC Breakfast partner.

After performing the Quickstep with Nadiya, Dan told Claudia who the dance was for, after Louise exited the breakfast show for good at the end of last month.

Following Dan’s performance, Strictly host Claudia Winkleman said: “You wanted to dedicate that dance to somebody very special.

“Yes, I’ve got a new Breakfast sofa partner”, Dan added, before pointing at Nadiya.

“That was actually for Louise Minchin who any Breakfast viewer will know, Louise left the Breakfast sofa last week.

“Hopefully she’s watching, so Louise, that was for you.

“We miss you, we love you and we wish you all the best away from the sofa, thank you for watching,” he gushed.

However, Claudia was quick to reveal that Louise had prepared a message for him too.

After thanking her former co-host, Louise wished Dan and Nadiya luck, before telling them to “have fun”.

“She’s amazing” gushed Dan after the clip.

Strictly Come Dancing is on Saturday night at 6.45pm on BBC One.
