Nicole Scherzinger might be feeling reflective as it’s coming up to the end of the decade – as well as reforming the Pussycat Dolls, she posed with her ex, Lewis Hamilton this week.
The singer, 41, stunned in a black bejewelled dress as she stopped by the British Fashion Awards at London’s Royal Albert Hall on Monday night, where she bumped into Lewis.
The pair have clearly managed to forge a good friendship following their break- up in 2015 after spending eight years together.
While Nicole went for a sleek black number with a plunging neckline, Lewis, 34, chose a classic rollneck with a shiny silver sequinned jacket over the top.
As well as Lewis, Nicole was photographed with model Irina Shayk and designer Julien Macdonald at the star-studded event celebrating the best in fashion.
It’s the first time Nicole and Lewis have been photographed together since their split four years ago, and comes in the same week Nicole reunited with her band for their first tour in 10 years.
The band announced they were getting back together last week, and performed on the X Factor: Celebrity final, though their comeback performance did attract some criticism.
Despite the majority of the band wearing full-length mesh bodysuits, 419 people complained to Ofcom that their performance was too raunchy.
One concerned mother tweeted: ‘I had to cover the eyes of my 6 year old daughter when they appeared with these horrendous and provocative dresses on the screen. Shame on you pussy cat dolls.’
Another asked: ‘What’s happening on ITV, have I switched on an xrated channel?’
The band will be heading out on a nine-date UK and Ireland tour in April 2020, nine years after they decided to call it quits on the band.
Kimberley Wyatt explained: ‘It’s been a few years in the making. But I think ultimately there’s some unfinished business with the Pussycat Dolls.
‘We’re ready to get out there and do what we love. And the stars aligned. We’ve all been busy making babies and all those kinds of things!’
