Emily, who turns 30 on Wednesday, took to her Instagram page to show off the sizzling ensemble.
The brunette looked amazing as she posed in the dress while holding up some 30-shaped balloons.
The beauty looked the picture of happiness as she smiled into the distance while enjoying a glass of wine.

Captioning the post, Emily – who flew black from Australia this week – wrote: "Had an accidental last minute early birthday party for my 30th last night. It was smashing.
"A massive thank you to my beautiful friends and family for getting me really REALLY p****d."
