Heartbroken Ashley Cain has announced that his daughter Azaylia's leukaemia has returned.
In a devastating update on social media, the former Ex On The Beach star has shared the news that the five-month-old is facing a fresh fight for life.
The 30-year-old, who shares his baby girl with girlfriend Safiyya Vorajee, previously told how she was diagnosed with a "rare and aggressive" form of cancer known as acute myeloid leukaemia.
But now he has explained how the family have received some shattering news – just minutes after they were planning to leave the hospital and take her home after the end of her treatment.
Ashley wrote on Instagram: "Azaylia Rings The Bell. Today was supposed to be a day of unquestionable happiness.
"However, it turned out like most days on this journey – a miracle blindsided by heartbreak!
"We got told a few days ago that Azaylia would be ringing the bell today and coming home with us, as a family, to resume treatment two days per week as an outpatient.

Ashley said the development left them numb.
He said they will be back in hospital on Friday as he thanked fans for their on-going support.
Ashley added: "We crumbled and cancelled the celebration as we felt broken and numb to the core before seeing her beautiful face telling us, the show must go on and us then realising how far our little girl has come and how much she deserves this moment.
"She has battled against the odds, she has overcome every obstacle in her path and she has done it all with remarkable spirit and the biggest smile on her face!
"For now we are enjoying precious moments at home until we return to hospital on Friday! Thank you for your support and please keep our beautiful daughter in your prayers!"
