Iron Man actress turned wellness guru Gwyneth Paltrow just uploaded a bikini photo on social media, revealing a sun-kissed skin and an athletic body.
The 48-year-old award-winning actress took on her lifestyle company’s Instagram to share a beauty tip for naturally keeping a summer glow while avoiding sun radiations.
In the photo, posted on Goop’s official social media account, the face of Estée Lauder's Pleasures perfume posed in a selfie taken in what appeared to be a sauna.
Gwyneth smiled as she was completely make-up free while wearing a striped black and blue bikini set.
“The secret to ultimate summer radiance involves not just a last-minute swipe of bronzer but a multipronged approach,” she wrote.
The actress added: “good food, great exercise, a glow-inducing supplement, powerfully restorative skin care, and of course some fun stuff (highlighter, self-tanner, and more).”
She went on to encourage Goop’s followers to head into the Instagram page’s bio in order to access the company’s “11 steps to sun-kissed skin (no sun required).”
The photograph, which was uploaded last night, was well received as it was liked by nearly 14,500 people and users were quick to comment on the actress’ phenomenal shape.
A fan wrote: “I’ll have what she’s having.”
Another person commented: “She looks amazing!!!”
The wellness and lifestyle brand and company was founded by the actress and launched in September 2008.
As Goop shares beauty tips as well as selling innovative products such as pelvic trainers and coconut-based dental floss, the company encouraged their readers to “work from the inside out” in order to keep a sun-kissed glow without being exposed to the sun.
Gwyneth’s brand also suggested using face serums and moisturising the skin, as well as wearing sunscreen and blush – all sold on Goop’s official website.
The Golden Globe Award-winning actress shocked the world last year, when the new age company began selling candles scented with Gwyneth’s reproductive organ’s smell.
Indeed, in January 2020, the candle called "This Smells Like My Vagina" sold on Goop for 75$.
The product was named as a result of a joke with perfumer Douglas Little after the mum-of-two and the perfume expert were testing out various new fragrances.
Gwyneth reportedly found a fragrance she loved and said, “Uhh, this smells like a vagina.”
Nevertheless, the kooky invention which started as an amusing concept ended up as a profitable idea, seeing the actress’ vagina candle quickly sold out.
The controversial product can still be found selling on eBay for as much as $250.
