Junior Andre teases first ever single as dad Peter Andre hails ‘amazing son’

Junior Andre has teased his first ever single on social media.

Posting to TikTok and Instagram on Tuesday evening, the 16-year-old offspring of Peter Andre and Katie Price previewed his new single Slide.

Having signed a major record deal with Columbia Records last summer, Junior shared a photo of himself sitting in a recording studio at Rebel Records.

Wearing a patterned t-shirt, gold chain jewellery and black tracksuit bottoms, the youngster smiled coyly at the camera while lounging in an office chair.

Posing with his hand beneath his chin, Junior wrote: "Might have just dropped a lil something I've been cooking up in the studio over on TikTok…"

Snippets of the single were then shared to the youngster's TikTok account, alongside a video of Junior jamming to the track.

In a caption alongside his TikTok video, he added: "A little something we've been cooking up #newmusic #slide #juniorandre."

Among those to comment on the video was Junior's famous father Peter, 49, who replied: "Amazing son."

The post has received over 7,000 likes so far, with fans also praising the upcoming and talented musician.

One follower wrote: "Already know I'm gonna play this everyday in the car."

A second replied: "Well done, Junior, this is going to be number 1 spot within no time."

Meanwhile, a third said: "Yes J! Sounding epic! Love this tune! This boy gonna be big!"

Reposting a clip of Junior's TikTok to his own Instagram Stories, Peter later praised his son once again, adding in a caption: "Could not be prouder."

Junior Andre is the eldest of Peter Andre's children and was born in June 2005.

Speaking about his son's burgeoning music career on Lorraine Kelly's ITV show last month, Peter said: "I took him to the studio and he got in the booth and everyone was like ‘oh!’

"And I said, 'look, let's focus on him for right now.'"

He added: "I'm managing him without managing him if you know what I mean by that. In the sense that you know I'm there all the way through. I've got a team to help him because obviously I'm gonna be busy as well.

"We're focused on giving him artistic freedom and he's about to release some fantastic music.

"It makes me proud but it also makes me scared because at 16 that's all I ever wanted."
