X Factor winner James Arthur has parted ways with long-term girlfriend Jessica Grist, sources claim.
The singer, known for his heartfelt ballads, has reportedly broken up with Jessica who he met when she worked as a backing dancer on the series.
Jessica was dancing on the show the season James won, in 2012.
The pair were together until 2015 before splitting and reconciling two years later.
A source has told The Sun: “James and Jessica have a lot of history, so they will always have a special place in each other’s hearts.
“But the truth is they have just grown apart and decided it wasn’t working anymore.
"There was no big drama and they are still friends, but it is nevertheless a blow for both of them because they have been together for such a long time."
The source also claimed that the "relationship has run its course" and the star is focusing on his music, preparing for a big year ahead.
Janes recently signed a new record deal and has a new album out soon, and is "throwing himself into his work".

The X Factor winner also told the paper that she had inspired much of his untitled upcoming album.
His recent single, Medicine, will feature on the record.
James explained: “She knows she’s the muse in a lot of these songs.
