Ant McPartlin’s ex Lisa Armstrong plans to sell their £6m former home — and share a flat with mates – The Sun

ANT McPartlin’s ex plans to sell their £6million former home — and share with pals.

Strictly make-up artist Lisa Armstrong wants to start afresh — with her multi-million pound settlement.

She intends to buy a flat and live with two of her closest girl friends.

Lisa, 43, gets the house in Chiswick, West London, and a second one nearby in the deal.

A source said: “She and Ant lived in the house for years. It holds a lot of bad memories and now the divorce is being finalised she wants to start again somewhere new.

“The last two years have been extremely lonely at times but she’s now looking to the future.

"And instead of sitting in a ginormous house all on her own she’s looking to enjoy the single life with two of her best friends.

“It’ll be like when she first started out all those years ago.

“She’s excited for the next chapter in her life”

Ant gets to keep his beloved Banksy paintings to hang at his new £6million home with lover Anne-Marie Corbett, 43 in nearby Wimbledon.

He bought the pictures – which feature Banksy's iconic rat – at a £1million exhibition of his work in 2009 with telly sidekick Declan Donnelly.

Ant agreed to buy Lisa's share of the paintings as they hammered out their dramatic divorce deal.

Ant is said to be thrilled to have reached an agreement.

She was given a two-week deadline to accept the terms of the deal and "certain stipulations" imposed by Ant.

Lisa and Ant are due to meet again to finalise the divorce deal this week and avoid a court showdown.

Ant announced their divorce in January 2018 after leaving rehab for a two-year addiction to painkillers and a battle with booze.

In April that year Ant was banned from the roads for 20 months and fined £86,000 for drink-driving after his Mini hit two cars in Richmond.

He returned to rehab for further treatment and said he would take a break from TV presenting.

By June we exclusively revealed he had found love again with Anne-Marie.

Lisa has insisted to friends that some issues remain unresolved.

Friends say it is now so toxic their beloved chocolate labrador Hurley is chauffeur-driven between properties.
