FAYE Windass realises she’s the only person who can stop Ray Crosby’s mission to destroy the cobbles following her rape horror.
The evil property developer lured Faye – who he had appointed as assistant manager of the Bistro in the ITV soap – to his hotel suite before blackmailing her into having sex with him.

Faye the accused Ray of raping her and quit her job, but refused to report the abuser to the police.
Faye will be left questioning her decision to keep quiet about Ray in the new year as the villain’s development plans are given the green light by the council.
Later in the week, the residents are horrified to find letters on their front doors saying they have two weeks to vacate their properties.
But Abi is infuriated and gathers the residents together to stage a protest.
Viewers will see Abi arrive on the street on a float, using a megaphone to shout defamatory statements about Ray.
But when Craig is sent to disperse the protest, Abi accidentally throws the megaphone and hits Craig in the face with it.
Later in the week, David is disgusted when he realises No.8s locks have been changed.
Meanwhile, Tim and Sally are left homeless when Ray reveals the Hale Barns project has been put on hold – but that they still have to vacate their house on the cobbles.
Faye listens in turmoil, realising she’s the only person who can stop Ray.
Will she speak out and send Ray packing?
