GOGGLEBOX star Amy Tapper has revealed her incredible weight loss after shedding a whopping three stone in just six months.

The Channel 4 star, who rose to fame sitting on the sofa with her family back in 2013, posed in tight-fitting work out gear to show off the results of her hard work.

Amy, 22, has shed three stone after changing up her diet – and regularly exercising with a personal trainer at the gym.

Now, she has revealed the results in two incredible snaps; donning bright blue workout gear to show her trim waistline.

Looking glamorous, Amy is seen smiling for the photos – letting her curled brunette hair trail behind her, glamming up with make-up.

She detailed how she has lost a whopping 18cm from her chest after a "positive lifestyle change", including eating MORE food.

The Gogglebox star revealed she used a Goal Getters meal plan from MuscleFood in order to drop the four jean sizes in weight.

Amy revealed of her inspiration to lose weight: "My dad and I would both get nasty comments about our weight and I’d also get people criticising my voice for being too loud.

“It was quite upsetting. There were people on Twitter calling us ‘the fat family from Gogglebox’ but my mum and my brother have never had any problems with their weight.

“Everyone seems to be interested in my weight loss and ask questions about it. Most of the time they mean well but there can be nasty comments as well.

"Luckily I have some amazing supportive people around me so I have been able to deal with it.

“More recently it has come full circle with people on my social media sharing in my weightloss journey and sharing their goals and progress too. It’s an amazing feeling when they thank me for being their inspiration."

Amy continued: "I needed a positive lifestyle change. I used to think to myself ‘when is the right time?’ then I realised that I had to make it the right time.”

As well as eating from her meal plan, Amy works out with a trainer three times a week, having a "healthy obsession" with the gym.

It comes after Amy showed off her trim waistline in a pink blazer after hinting at her return to the show.

Amy hinted at a possible return to the Channel 4 show for the 10th anniversary – saying the door was not closed for their family when they left the hit show.
