Dancing On Ice Presenter Holly Willoughby had some words of wisdom for this year's celebrity cast who hope to excel in the competition.
During her time on the ITV programme, the 39-year-old had noticed that those who often went further on the ice skating show had the ability to "lose the fear".
Her advice for this year's contestants such as Denise Van Outen, Jason Donovan, Myleene Klass and Rebekah Vardy, was made simple – stop worrying and you'll be just fine.
Delving into what celebrities would need to bring to the table to win this year, she said: "I think the biggest thing on Dancing on Ice is to contain your fear."
Holly explained: "Fear of the live show, fear of looking like a fool in front of all these people on live telly, fear of the ice because you could hurt yourself and I think if you can contain your fear and just go for it you're halfway there."
The This Morning host wanted to remind stars of the show that there was nothing to be worried about and that they were in safe hands with the best people on-board – such as Christopher Dean and Jayne Torvill.
She added: "You've got all the rehearsal time, you've got the best professionals guiding you all the way, you've got an amazing production behind you, a fantastic wardrobe team making you look fabulous…
"But I think it's the fear that will limit you so lose that!"
When asked if she had ever been tempted to take part in the ITV skating programme, Holly insisted that she would never have a go while the cameras were rolling.
However she did say, if away from the prying eyes she would like to try her hand on the ice but admitted she herself couldn't stop herself from becoming scared – like she had advised the celebrities to do.
The TV starlet explained: "Not on camera! I would love to learn a routine but not with anyone watching."
Holly explained that she thought the nerves would get to her, she added "That's because I couldn't limit my fear of that. I'd like to learn to do it but no not on telly!"
