Hollyoaks star Ruby O'Donnell has teased more relationship drama for fan favourites Peri Lomax and Juliet Nightingale (Niamh Blackshaw).
The on-off couple have been through a lot over the past 12 months but are determined to make their relationship work.
An oblivious Peri has been the object of Timmy Simon's (Sam Tutty) obsession in recent weeks.
Despite multiple warnings from concerned girlfriend Juliet, Peri has dismissed any discussion of her having a stalker.
However, things took a turn for the worst during Tuesday's first-look episode on E4 when Timmy locked her in her own home after she finally learned the truth.
Peri was left petrified when Timmy finally admitted that he's been watching her via a secret camera installed in her bedroom.
Juliet and Peri both confronted Timmy and branded him a "pervert" in tense scenes but he managed to escape from the Lomax household.
As Peri told Juliet she was going to call the police, Timmy was shot by his dodgy boss Fergus Collins (Robert Beck) for putting his seedy webcam business in jeopardy.
While Timmy may no longer be around the village, actress Ruby has revealed that the stalker ordeal could be the final nail in the coffin for Peri and Juliet.
Opening up about Peri and Juliet's relationship going forward, the soap star said: "It's very up in the air.
"Juliet does love Peri but big conversations are going to be had defiantly.
"Peri has been very bad to Juliet, She's broken up with her, called her a liar multiple times so it's going to be hard for Juliet to fully forgive Peri.
"All Peri wants to be is loved and she's found that in Juliet but Peri thinks she could have ruined it.
Ruby joked: "I know I wouldn't forgive Peri if it was me."
Fans of the Channel 4 soap witnessed Juliet befriend Cher McQueen (Bethannie Hare) in recent scenes in a bid to expose stalker Timmy.
Discussing whether or not the new friendship will be welcomed by Peri, Ruby explained: ""Peri is a very jealous character.
"Juliet doesn't really have many friends and Peri doesn't like Cher that much so Peri definitely has potential to get jealous over anyone that gets close to Juliet."
Ruby went on to tease more what's in store for Peri as we head towards the festive period.
"There's lots of exciting stuff coming up," she said.
"A lot tears, a lot excited and a lot of fun. It's going to be a really good couple of weeks."
Hollyoaks airs weekdays on Channel 4 at 6.30 followed by first-look episodes on E4 at 7pm
