Inside Ant McPartlin's £500,000 wedding from £300k Rolls-Royce to best pal Dec Donnelly's emotional speech

ANT McPartlin said I Do to his beautiful bride Anne-Marie at a lavish ceremony in Heckfield.

The Britain's Got Talent host and best pal Declan Donnelly, both 45, were first to arrive for the showbiz wedding of the year at St Michael’s Church.

The wedding party then continued the celebrations with a celebrity studded reception at Heckfield Place.

But how much did the fun-filled bash, which was attended by a host of famous faces, actually cost?

WEDDING FUND

Ant was reported to have told pals he would host 100 of them at the luxurious Heckfield Place after the celebrations.

With rooms costing £1,100 a night on the weekend, this would amount to £110,000.

His own bridal suite to share with his new wife, complete with four poster bed, came in at £5,000 for the night.

The room hire fee for the reception, as well as the dining, is unclear.

Meanwhile the Grade II listed church hire fee for a nearby church in the same benefice amounted to the purse-friendly £25 for a daytime hire.

Earlier in the beautiful day, Anne-Marie, 45, walked down the aisle in a £15,000 Suzanne Neville gown, with corseted bodice overlaid with a sheer floral embellished tulle, and a bouquet of white and purple roses with a small picture of her late father.

She stepped out of a £300,000 Rolls-Royce Cullinan, a long veil flowing down the back of her designer dress.

It is unclear what suit Ant chose for his nuptials to his PA, but he was spotted shopping at Sir Tom Baker London, which specialises in bespoke tailoring.

With the known figures added up and rounded up, it is estimated the wedding could have costed around £500,000.

BEST FRIEND FOREVER

At the ceremony itself, Dec delivered an emotional Best Man speech while standing by his side.

Dec spoke of how Ant was the “best friend a man could have” — and also read a prayer.

Earlier, Ant was jokingly urged to give best pal Dec a kiss by photographers as they posed under a floral arch.

The TV favourites had arrived at 12.40pm — both looking dapper in matching black suits.

And they timed their arrival perfectly, hopping out of a Mercedes minibus just as torrential rain passed and the blazing sun shone down on the church.

The best friend a man could have,"

Beaming Ant skipped over to fans to say hello and told them: “Thanks for coming. Really nice to see you” before heading inside to await his bride.

Celeb guests followed including This Morning’s Phillip Schofield and his wife Stephanie, footie hero Frank Lampard and wife Christine, and married TV presenters Cat Deeley and Patrick Kielty.

Britain’s Got Talent judge David Walliams, sporting a light summer suit and shades, arrived arm-in-arm with former girlfriend Keeley Hazell, who wowed in a polka-style dress.

Alesha Dixon also looked stunning in a figure-hugging pink number alongside her partner Azuka Ononye.
