Katie Price's fiance Carl Woods filmed breaking the speed limit in £170k Lamborghini weeks after star's horror car crash

CARL Woods brazenly broke the speed limit as he boasted about driving a £170k Lamborghini – weeks after his fiance Katie Price's horror car crash.

The former Love Island star shared footage of himself driving at 53mph in a 40 zone, telling fans: "What a tool this is."

The 32-year-old zoomed through a residential street in the luxury sports car with a pal, who was recording him from the passenger's seat.

"Life is about toys", Carl captioned the video.

He later revealed he'd been warned by Instagram over "offensive" comments on his posts – asking if he want to "limit unwanted interactions".

Carl said: "How bad is it when you open up Instagram and you've got a warning saying you've got to protect yourself from the offensive comments.

"What world are we living in?"

Carl's speeding video comes weeks after his partner Katie confessed to jumping behind the wheel after boozing, while already disqualified and without insurance, when she crashed near her home in West Sussex last month.

The mum-of-five Katie rolled her BMW in the smash in the early hours of the morning.

The TV personality also tested positive for cocaine after a swab was taken at the scene.

But the additional drugs charge was not included in the court hearing where she pleaded guilty to the other allegations.

She told police at the scene: “I took drugs, I should not be driving. I admit it all.”

Last week she was seen for the first time since the incident after leaving The Priory for some retail therapy.

It is understood she was shopping for a gift for her mum Amy, before heading to a tanning and beauty salon where it is thought she had a spray tan and nail treatment.

And just two days ago Katie was snapped passionately snogging Carl as she took a brief break from her rehab stint.

The former glamour model, 43, beamed with joy as she left dinner at Alec’s Restaurant in Essex with her partner and hopped in the car with him.

But just last month Katie was warned her driving offence could easily carry a jail term.

Her defence solicitor said she had recently battled a lot of personal problems.

Magistrates agreed to defer her sentencing until December to allow her to attend the Priory Clinic in South West London.
