Love Island 2019: Is Love Island on Saturdays? Is Love Island on tonight?

ITV2 series Love Island launched back on June 3 with a long, hot summer ahead for one group of singletons. The show has seen singletons joining and recouplings, as well as Sherif Lanre, quitting the show. Love Island 2019 is going to be on for a total of eight weeks as cast members come and go, here’s when you can watch the show.

Is Love Island on tonight?

Love Island will be on every evening on ITV2 at 9pm.

The main show will be airing episodes weekdays and on Sundays.

Sundays will see the programme followed by sister show Love Island: Aftersun which sees Caroline Flack and other celebrities discussing the events of the week.

Is Love Island on Saturdays?

ITV2 will also be airing a special episode on Saturdays called Love Island: Unseen Bits.

Love Island: Unseen Bits will feature the highlights from the week with commentator Iain Stirling giving a recap of the biggest moments of the past several days.

Fans will also get to see previously unseen footage from the villa which could give further insight into the couples.

Love Island has been a rollercoaster ride so far this year with a revolving cast of singletons after Curtis Pritchard and Tommy Fury entered the villa shortly after the others coupled up.

Things went up another notch after Instagram influencer Molly-Mae Hague was thrown into the mix and it wasn’t long before model Danny Williams also joined the fray.

In between the newcomers, Iain MacLeod was the first to be dumped, while Sherif made the decision to quit after breaking the rules.

Since then two more girls were brought into the villa in the form of Maura Higgins and Elma Pazar, who have been making waves.

Maura and Molly-Mae seemed to be locked in a battle over Tommy as both went after the boxer, who was left confused by the situation.

To make things even more confusing, Maura tried to kiss Tommy but he turned away from her repeatedly and avoided her advances.

Meanwhile, Curtis and Amy Hart seemed to have hit things off on a good note after they decided to be exclusive in the villa.

Lucie Donlan and Joe Garratt also found themselves becoming exclusive as they chose to see each other and not have their heads turned by anyone else.

Sadly, Anna Vakili’s future in the villa looked uncertain after Sherif left. She could find herself becoming the next person to get dumped if she can’t find someone sharpish.

Given we saw a total of 31 contestants on Love Island last year, fans can expect more people to be entering the villa as others make an exit.

With the girls now outnumbering the boys, it looks like one of the girls is going to be leaving soon.

Love Island airs on ITV2 daily at 9pm
