Friends star Matthew Perry felt like he 'wanted to die' and 'had convulsions' when he didn't get the audience reaction he wanted.
The star was so concerned about how he was coming across that he would sweat and sweat, he revealed.
Matthew, who underwent a painful dental procedure just hours before filming the special, opened up about his anxiety during filming.
The actor was joined by Matt LeBlanc, David Schwimmer, Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow as they roll back the years and take us all on an epic nostalgia trip.
On the reunion, he candidly discussed his difficulties while recording the sitcom in front of a live audience.
He told the other cast members: "At least to me, I felt like I was going to die if they didn’t laugh.
"It’s not healthy for sure but I would sometimes say a line and they wouldn’t laugh and I would sweat and just go into convulsions if I didn’t get the laugh I was supposed to get.
"I would just freak out," he explained.
Lisa, scatty Phoebe Buffay on the show, told him: "You didn’t tell us that, I don’t remember you ever saying that."
Matt replied: "Oh yeah, I felt like that every single night."
Lisa earlier dismissed any speculation that the cast aren't in touch any more.
She told host James Corden: "We may not speak every single day, but if one of us calls you just know that other person is going to pick up.
"We know they will be there."
Matthew then joked: "But nobody calls me!"
