Katie Price has denied that she'll be losing her £1.35m Mucky Mansion following a difficult year that saw her do a stint in rehab.
The mum-of-five, 43, was reported to have had her home repossessed after to failing to pay her debuts, however her representative has said this is not the case.
A source told The Sun : "Katie has failed to pay back the money she owes and her mortgage company had no option but to issue this order.
"She was due to appear at a repossession hearing this week, but it will now most likely be rescheduled for a date in January."
Katie's representative then told the Mirror: "We can confirm Kate's house hasn't been repossessed."
Katie experienced a lot of trauma inside her old home, which she believes to be haunted, including a string of burglaries.
She told the Mirror in 2020: "The doctors from The Priory have said that my house, mentally, is a place I can't ever go back to because there's too many memories.
"Even just walking up the driveway drives me mad, and when I'm in I want to get out of there. I can't explain it in my head and it's just so sad what's happened to my house.
"It's sad because it could be such an amazing place, but no I'm done it with. I own that house but it just literally sits there until mentally I'm ready to do something with it. It's weird to know that I still own that big house, it just sits there, I sometimes forget that I've even got it."
The reports come after Katie took to Instagram over the weekend to praise her partner Carl Woods.
The mum-of-five posted a photo of her beau Carl while telling her 2.7million followers he'd "stuck by [her] in [her] most critical times."
Katie wrote: "This man has stuck by me in my most critical times and never done me wrong.
"The past 4 months have been challenging for him and I thank him for standing by me and giving me the strength I needed and support through yet again real actual traumas caused by people who I knew … the truth of all the events I encountered you will be very aware of soon."
Katie ended her caption by penning: "I love you @carljwoods."
Katie has had a tough year and was recently banned from driving after a horror crash.
She pleaded guilty to one count of drink-driving, one count of driving without insurance, and one count of driving while disqualified at Crawley Magistrates Court on Wednesday 29 September.
The reality star's sentencing was deferred until 15 December to allow her to have treatment at The Priory.
