Prince Harry’s bombshell memoir release date ‘revealed’

Prince Harry will reportedly release his bombshell memoir in early 2023.

The Duke of Sussex's long-awaited memoir will be reportedly be released on 10 January next year, according to The New York Times.

This follows reports that it was going through edits following the death of the Queen.

OK! has reached out to representatives for Prince Harry and Penguin Random House for comment.

The book will explore how the Prince coped with his mother Princess Diana’s death, his impressive military career which saw him serve in Afghanistan, and his more recent milestones in his life, such as becoming a husband and a father.

However, there has also been much speculation around whether the book will reveal a number of never-before-revealed truths that could send ricochets throughout the Royal family.

In an earlier statement announcing the book, Penguin Random House described the memoir as "an intimate and heartfelt memoir" and promised that "Prince Harry will offer an honest and captivating personal portrait".

“I’m writing this not as the prince I was born but as the man I have become,” Harry said in a statement released by his publisher at the time, adding that he was aiming to produce a “firsthand account of my life that’s accurate and wholly truthful.”

“I’ve worn many hats over the years, both literally and figuratively, and my hope is that in telling my story — the highs and lows, the mistakes, the lessons learned — I can help show that no matter where we come from, we have more in common than we think,” he wrote.

Originally slated for a release this autumn, the tell-all book’s release date was postponed in the wake of the Queen’s death, as Prince Harry raised some concerns over the propriety of certain material.

Although the contents of the book are being kept tightly under wraps, it has now reportedly been updated to include a chapter specifically dedicated to the late monarch.
