Katie Price has posted a series of heartfelt snaps to tell her fans about her mum's terminal battle with a lung condition.
The 42-year-old media personality wanted to raise awareness for her mother Amy's illness, called Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
Katie told viewers on Thursday that as it was IPF week, she wanted to raise awareness for a cause close to her heart.
The mum-of-five posted two snaps alongside her dear mum as the pair beamed and embraced for the moving photographs.
She captioned the post: "This week is #IPFweek. Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a lung condition that scars your lungs and reduces the efficiency of your breathing. 32,500 people in the UK are affected by IPF.
"The @britishlungfoundation is asking for your support to help fund vital research and offer those with IPF hope for the future. See the link in my story post for how to donate."
The former glamour model then shared a family snap in a separate post which saw Katie with her mum Amy and siblings Sophie and Daniel.
The reality star wrote: "There are no words to express the love that my brother, sister @sophie_pricey and I have for our mum. As you know, this is something that's very close to my heart because my mum suffers from this condition.
"This week is IPFweek. Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is a lung condition that scars your lungs and reduces the efficiency of your breathing. Approximately 6500 people are diagnosed with IPF every year.

Her devoted fans rushed to leave a comment on the posts, showering the star and her mum with messages of love and support.

"Beautiful! wish you both health and happiness", gushed a third.
Amy was diagnosed with incurable IPF back in 2017 and she appeared on Loose Women with her daughter Katie to reveal she had been given just 3-5 weeks to live.
