Caroline was tragically found dead in her Stoke Newington flat in London on February 15, 2020.
An inquest which opened on February 19 heard that she had died by hanging.
She took her own life after finding out that she would be prosecuted for allegedly assaulting her boyfriend Lewis Burton.
The Crown Prosecution Service was slammed for pursuing the charges against Caroline, despite Lewis making it clear he did not support it.
However after a review of the charges, the CPS decided that their decision to go ahead had been "handled appropriately".
