Over a decade after his sudden death due to cardiac arrest, Michael Jackson’s three children are living very different lives to their superstar father.
The King of Pop welcomed his first child Michael "Prince" Jackson Jr and daughter Paris with second wife Debbie Rowe and Bigi through a surrogate.
He raised all three children alone with help from nurses at the Neverland Ranch.
While they are all children of the King of Pop, they have all gone separate ways and have different ideas of how much they want to be in the public eye.
Here’s everything you need to know about the Jackson kids including how old they are and where they are now.
Michael Joseph 'Prince' Jackson Jr
Prince, who was born on February 13 1997, was only 12 years old when his father passed away.
Now aged 24, he has appeared on various TV shows, including as a guest correspondent on Entertainment Tonight where he opened up about how music and dance isn’t for him. He told the Today show: "I didn’t get that gene."
Prince who is said to be a fan of motorcycles, dogs and travel, has expressed an interest in the entertainment industry with aspirations to be "a well-rounded producer, director, screenwriter and actor."
Jackson’s oldest son has also shown passion for philanthropy like his father as founder of the Heal Los Angeles charity which continues his father’s 'Heal the World' initiatives.
Recently speaking to Good Morning Britain hosts Adil Ray and Charlotte Hawkins, Prince described his father as his moral compass, saying that he can "still hear" his voice.
He said: "When you do philanthropic work and you care about it a lot such as myself and my family you tend to carry the weight or the struggles of the people you’re trying to help. That’s really when I hear my father’s voice."
Paris-Michael Katherine Jackson
Paris Jackson was born on April 3, 1998, and named after the city where she was conceived. The 23-year-old has gone on to become an aspiring actor, model and singer.
Since her father's death she has starred on the TV series Star and Scream, in the movie Gringo and signed to IMG Models.
Though she has enjoyed highs in her career, Paris has also struggled with substance abuse and self-harm.

In a 2020 interview with NPR, she opened up how she had tried "many times" to take her own life and said she used self-harm to distract from her "emotional pain."
Now in a better mental space, Jackson’s only daughter is one half of musical duo The Soundflowers, where she performs under the alias PK Dragonfly.
Earlier this year on the Red Table Talk, Paris spoke about her sexuality and about how homosexuality is "very taboo" in her family. She admitted she was still figuring out how she identifies.
Prince Michael 'Blanket' Jackson II
The youngest Jackson child, Bigi has avoided the limelight more than his siblings. Formerly known by the nickname Blanket, Jackson’s third child was born on February 21, 2002 to an unnamed surrogate mother.
Bigi who currently attends Buckley School doesn’t have any public social media, but occasionally appears on his siblings Instagram.
The 19-year-old who is said to enjoy martial arts and video gaming, reportedly moved to a $2.6million (£1.9million) mansion in Calabasas California.
He seems to be very close to his brother and sister, attending Prince’s graduation in 2019 and supporting his Paris’ music career.
Who are Michael Jackson's children's mothers?
Jackson’s first wife was Lisa Marie Presley, the only child of Elvis Presley. They married in 1994, divorced in 1996 and didn’t have any children.
He had two children with Debbie Rowe, an American nurse he was married to from 1996 to 1999.
They met when she was working at the office of the pop star’s dermatologist, where he was being treated for vitiligo.
They had been friends for years, but it wasn’t until the divorce with Lisa was finalised that they became romantically involved.
Rowe was already pregnant with Prince when they got married, and he was born on February 13, 1997. A year later she gave birth to their daughter Paris, on April 3 1998.
Rowe and Jackson divorced in 1999, and the pop star was granted full custody of the children.
Jackson’s third child, nicknamed Blanket, was born to an unnamed surrogate mother in 2002.
