It’s been almost a year since The Great British Bake Off’s tenth series concluded and David Atherton was crowned the champion.
Since then fans have enjoyed watching celebrities like Ovie Soko and Louis Theroux compete on the celebrity variant of the programme, after which host Sandi Toksvig left the show.
Trailers for the new series promised a socially distanced spin on the iconic competition, while behind the scenes gossip has included coronavirus scares, flour shortages and strict social distancing rules.

When does Great British Bake Off 2020 start?
The first episode of the 11th series will air on Channel 4 on 22 September at 8pm. Judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith are set to return alongside hosts Noel Fielding and new addition Matt Lucas.
