ITV hosts Ranvir Singh and Richard Bacon welcomed the comedian onto Monday’s Good Morning Britain where they discussed his new stage play, The Windsors: Endgame. However, midway through the interview, Harry accidentally swore and Ranvir was forced to step in to apologise to viewers.

He’s taking the p**s,” Harry said as he spoke about the play before quickly apologising. “Sorry!”

Ranvir also stepped in to correct him, as she said: “Taking the mickey.”

“Sorry children,” she added.

Viewers also took to social media to react to Harry’s slip-up.

One viewer penned: “Reports to Ofcom are going to be off the chain following Harry Enfield on #GMB aren’t they?” (sic)

Another wrote: “Richard and Ranvir trying to stop Harry Enfield swearing on #GMB like…”

A third said: “’S****ing and ‘p**s before 9am!! Karens and snowflakes everywhere googling Ofcom phone number. Love Harry.” (sic)
