Joey Essex proved to Celebrity Masterchef viewers that he's a decent cook tonight — but still gets his words mixed up.
The former TOWIE star, 29, said he deserved a "Michigan scar" for his bread pudding meal during the first episode.
Of course he meant he'd earned a coveted Michelin star, which are only given to the very best chefs, but he couldn't get the phrase right.
Gregg Wallace and John Torode were genuinely impressed by his pudding, but said it was a little too simple for the competition.
However, Joey was just thrilled that he'd made it through to the next round.
He said: "I'm well pleased, I wouldn't change it. If I was a judge I'd give it a Michelin star, is it a Michigan scar?"
Fans of the BBC show were in stitches as the classic Joey quip.
One tweeted: "Can't wait to eat in Joey's Michigan Scar restaurant."
"Michigan Scar!!! Absolute classic dimwit," another posted.
A third said: "Michigan scar!! Best Joey line."
Despite Joey's mishaps, it was actually Andy Grant who left the show first.
