WithI’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! ’s movie-length final just around the corner, viewers don’t have long to wait before they find out who is King or Queen of the 2022 jungle.
And now, with just two more days until the grand final, viewers of the popular ITV show have voted to send another campmate packing – making it the seventh elimination of the series.
Following the public vote, Seann Walsh has become the latest star to be sent home from the Australian jungle, following the likes of former contestants Chris Moyles, Sue Cleaver and Charlene White who have all said their goodbyes in recent days.
As hostsAnt and Dec visited the main camp to deliver the news, the TV duo revealed that Seann Walsh and Owen Warner were the two individuals with the lowest amounts of votes from the public, meaning that they were both at risk of being eliminated.
However, Seann was the one to leave the show after receiving the smallest share of votes. Leaving the camp, he hugged his campmates and said: "It's been a pleasure getting to know all of you."
The latest departure comes afterChris Moyles became the sixth cammates to leave the I’m A Celeb jungle on yesterday’s show.
And while the TV personality admitted that he thought he would be the person being sent home, the former Radio 1 DJ explained that he was “gutted” that his time Down Under had come to an end.
"I thought [this morning] I've got this now. I'd really like to stay, I'd quite fancied doing the Cyclone,” he said.
And as he spoke about his time on the show with the host, the 48 year old alsoquestioned why he had been eliminated before MP Matt Hancock.
“I'm gutted Matt Hancock is more popular than me. What is going on?,” he joked.
“Why am I out and he’s still in? I really struggled with [his arrival] to be fair and then I s****ed him a bit. Matt Hancock I've got major issues with, but Matt… less issues.”
Despite the sadness, Chris was overjoyed at the prospect of reuniting with his girlfriend Tiffany Austinafter revealing that he made her sneak contraband into the jungle.
Speaking for the first time since leaving the show, Chris explained that Tiffany had brought teabags into the jungle so he could have a brew within minutes of leaving camp.
“I'm gonna call my mum and dad but I've suddenly realised it's very late (in the UK), so I better do it quickly otherwise they will be in bed,” he said.
“Unbelievably I am not very hungry so I don't know the first thing I will eat but the first thing I'm gonna drink is a cup of Yorkshire tea. My girlfriend Tiff brought Yorkshire Tea teabags.”
